Russian delegation joined the meeting in Nice on implementation of clinical guidelines of the European Society of Cardiology and educational conference

On December 9-11 cardiologists gathered in the ESC headquarters - European Heart House - to discuss issues of medical education and implementation of the clinical guidelines. President Prof. Evgeny Shlyakhto and director of educational programmes Dr. Anna Kontsevaya participated from the Russian Society of Cardiology on this meeting.

On the educational conference RSC delegates presented results of the RSC pilot project on translation subtitles into Russian for ESC wibinars. Russian was chosen to estimate interest and advantages of translation webinars from English to other languages of the great family of ESC.

Project was performed together with the Russian Society of Cardiology and considered successful as Russian specialists topped the view ratings among all national societies since it started.

It is really great that cardiologists use modern educational technologies freely and are ready to eLearning. ESC and RSC joint project on translation educational materials will be continued.
