June 11, 2015 Scientific conference with international participation “PREVENTION 2015” was held in Moscow

Opening ceremony started with greetings to all participants. Deputy chief of Healthcare department of Moscow Alexey Pogonin presented with letters of gratitude to hospitals who achieved the most success in preventive medicine.
Among speakers can be named leading experts in the field of primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases and its complications as Professors Sergey Boitsov, Nana Pogosova, Rafael Oganov and many others. International experience in the field was presented by President-Elect of the World Heart Federation, Professor of Imperial College of London David Wood, Professor of cardiology in Bern University Hugo Saner, chief of department of preventive cardiology in Mayo Clinic Francisco Lopez-Jimenez.
139 abstracts were revised by the organizing committee and published. The most prominent were presented within poster session of the conference. Winners of the Best poster presentation award received diplomas and memorable prizes.
In total, more than 800 doctors attended the conference. Colleagues from UK, USA, Switzerland, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and 35 Russian cities gathered on this exciting meeting to share experience and new ideas.
