The main topics of the Congress this year were cardiomyopathy and early diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. The scientific program included plenary sessions, workshops, discussions, poster sessions, presentations, exhibitions, interactive meetings, and etc. "EuroEcho-Imaging 2015" mobile app allowed to know the program, learn about all the news on the days of the Congress.
There were a lot of scientific sessions. The symposiums devoted to the visualization of the right chambers of the heart in norm and at various pathologies were of great interest for me. Traditionally at such conferences much attention is paid to the state of the left heart chambers, while for the diagnostic capabilities in the evaluation of the right chamber little time is left, so the obtained information was very useful for me. In the poster session reports of experts were presented, including experts from Russia. The Russian delegation was represented by leading experts in the field of cardiovisualization: prof. Matskeplishvili S., prof. Khadzegova A., Prof. Alekhin M. , Prof. Pavlyukova E., Prof. Kuznetsov V, Assoc. Krikunov P. , EACVI Club 35 Ambassador for Russian Federation Surkova E. The Symposium, devoted to the basics of echocardiography co-chaired by Professor Shkolnik E, was exciting.
