On May 17-24 World Hypertension League and International Society of Hypertension celebrated the World Hypertension Day

World Hypertension Day is an annual initiative of the WHL, an affiliated section of the ISH. The theme of WHD 2016 was “know your numbers” with the goal of increasing high blood pressure awareness in all populations around the world.

The WHD 2016 challenge was to screen blood pressure in 3 million adults. The results will be available on official websites:

World Hypertension League http://www.whleague.org/
