Public expertise of Russian journals to include them in the Russian Science Citation Index based on Web of Science

We would like to inform you that eLibrary launched public expertise of Russian journals to include them in the Russian Science Citation Index based on Web of Science. http://elibrary.ru/expert_
To participate in the expertise scientist has to be registered in the Science Index as author of scientific articles, an academic degree and total number of citations for 5 years (2009-2013) not less than fixed (different for each research field).
