Any scientific research should be finish with published article. And it is prestigious to have international publications. Start with research field and theme. It would be easier to work, search through the literature and write if you are interested in your work. All international journals are interested in fresh ideas and results, so you scientific theory should better be a new one – it may be a unique population. Even if you do the study, using previously published research protocols, you may indicate contradictoriness of previous studies. If you have language problems, do not copy parts of other papers, writing Introduction and even Methods parts – to pass through anti-plagiary system it is very important to change words or at least word order. Open access journal normally ask for payment – about 1000 – 2000 USD. Other journals have lower costs, but paper publication is more complicated.
