First event is more of educational and practical value, rather than a scientific one – that is an Intensive 3D echo course in the University of Padua organized by Prof. L. Badano. It usually takes place tree times per year. Target audience includes both unexperienced users of 3D echocardiography and those who wish to improve their existing skills; training programme comprises theoretical and practical parts. Being a course attendee, I had access to the latest technical solutions and software applications in 3D echocardiography and could try them out immediately at practical classes.
