RSC President Professor Evgeny Shlyakhto visited Yakutsk

June 4, 2015 within the Republican scientific conference "Secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases" held by Republican cardiological clinic RSC President and director of the Federal North-West Medical Research Centre (St.Petersburg) Professor Evgeny Shlyakhto presented a key lecture on heart failure.
Health Ministry of the Sakha Republic and Federal North-West Medical Research Centre signed an agreement on collaboration. This cooperation will help to establish contacts between healthcare of Sakha Republic and one of the most advanced centers in Russia.
In total, 171 doctors - both practitioners and researchers - took part in the meeting.
Yakutsk is the capital and the largest city of the Sakha Republic on the North-East of Russia. It is placed more than 8,300 km from Moscow.
