The World Cup has just started and brought a lot of attention to the football, sport and active and healthy lifestyle. In this connection "Make a healthy heart your goal" campaign is more than important.

"Make a healthy heart your goal" was launched over a year ago by the World Heart Federation and UEFA to raise awareness about cardiovascular diseases among women and to encourage them to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. The campaign peaked around the UEFA Women’s Euro 2013 held in Sweden.
