International congress in Tyumen: to treat better, to save more lives

The VII International Congress "Cardiology at the intersection of sciences" was held in Tyumen on May 24-26 and traditionally gathered leading Russian and foreign specialists. This year more than 600 participants from Russia, Belarus, Belgium, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and the Czech Republic discussed hot topics in modern medicine. The main tagline of this Congress was excellent resources of the complex approach in prevention, diagnostics and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and co-morbidities.
More than 100 lectures and presentations were dedicated to the new visions in ultrasound, congenital heart diseases, acute death in children and sportsmen, high-tech medical treatment, modern drugs efficacy, new genetic studies and many others.
More than 600 people from 9 countries participated in the congress. 228 studies were published in the abstract book, more than 300 people were watching online broadcasting.
The congress was accredited in the CME system, and participants received 12 educational credits after the meeting.
The next Congress "Cardiology at the intersection of sciences" will be held in Tyumen in May 2018.
