Council of Cardiology Journals on the Russian National Congress of Cardiology 2017
Dr. Yulia Begrambekova, deputy chairman of the board of Heart Failure Society, describes the background of establishing the Council of cardiology journals and creating the Charter:
The idea of allying and then merging of the journals under the guidance of a scientific society to achieve more effective work and optimal using of resources is realizing nowadays. On may 2017 the Heart Failure Society became a founding party of the oldest journals "Cardiology". And then the Society's board decided to publish the journals "Heart Failure" and "Heart" as an addition to the "Cardiology" journal and not independently as before.
